CAGE code guidance for DISS

Within the Defense Information System for Security, National Industrial Security Program contractors are authorized to centrally manage personnel security clearances and there is no requirement for the contractor to establish a servicing relationship with the local CAGE code.

Government Contracting Activity (GCAs) should not prohibit or remove access to facilities/installations if a company is operating with a consolidated corporate Security Management Office (SMO) hierarchy.

DISS RELEASE 13.4.3

May 19, 2021 - As part of the ongoing rollout of user-focused improvements to the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), DCSA will deploy Release 13.4.3 on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Release 13.4.3 delivers a number of enhancements, upgrades, and fixes to existing system capabilities. To support the release, system outages are scheduled for Wednesday, May 19 at 7:30 p.m. ET and Thursday, May 20 starting at 6:30 p.m. ET. Filling in the 'Prime Contract Number' field when submitting personnel

May 18, 2021 - As a reminder, DCSA may reject investigation submissions that don't include the prime contract number, as shown on the associated industry guidance.
