DCSA launches survey to enhance applicant experience with electronic forms

June 12, 2025
Quantico, Va. - The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is committed to providing a seamless customer experience for all applicants navigating our electronic forms and applications. To support this commitment, DCSA launched a new survey to gather valuable feedback from applicants about their experience with their electronic Standard Form.

DCSA is dedicated to continuously improving the applicant’s experience. This survey is a critical step in understanding the challenges our applicants face and implementing solutions that will make the application process simple and seamless, driving towards continuous improvement in customer experience.

Key Information about the Survey:

  • Who: The survey is available to applicants upon completion of their electronic Standard Form through DCSA during the background investigation process.
  • What: The survey will focus on the experience navigating the electronic form, including questions about clarity, ease of use, and overall satisfaction.
  • Why: Feedback will directly contribute to improvements in our application processes, making them more efficient for future applicants.
  • Where: The survey will be accessible online via an external link appearing upon completion of the Standard Form.
  • How: The survey is estimated to take 5 minutes or less to complete. All responses will be kept confidential, are not attributable to the individual providing a response, and used solely for the purpose of improving the applicant’s experience.  Responses will not be incorporated into their SF application or any background investigation that may be conducted by DCSA.
All eligible applicants are encouraged to participate in the survey and share their honest feedback. Their input is essential to helping us enhance our services and provide a better experience for everyone.
