The DCSA Special Access Programs (SAP) Office is located in DCSA's International-Special Programs Division, Industrial Security Directorate. This web page has been established as a repository for SAP-specific processes, procedures, documents, forms and templates associated with the DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program Security Manual, dated January 17, 2025, for use by government organizations and contractor companies.
