DCSA’s education centers educate, train, certify, validate, and advance the guardians of our nation's assets.
Established in 2010, the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) is the premier provider of security education and training for the Department of Defense, other federal agencies, and cleared contractors under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). The CDSE provides development, delivery, and exchange of security knowledge to ensure a high-performing workforce capable of addressing our nation's security challenges. For more than 60 years, the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) and its predecessor organizations have served as the government's premiere educational center for polygraph and other credibility assessment technologies and techniques. Its central mission is to assist federal agencies in the protection of U.S. citizens, interests, infrastructure, and security by providing credibility assessment training, oversight and research.
