New feature in NISP eMASS

The NISP Authorization Office (NAO) is pleased to announce a new feature in the NISP Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS). NISP eMASS users are now able to access the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) manuals, operation guides, forms, templates, and job aids any time by clicking [Help] at the top of the eMASS page. The documentation includes the DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), DAAPM Appendix A, NISP eMASS Industry Operation Guide, eMASS Job Aids, eMASS Forms, and DAAPM Forms/Templates. All of the DCSA documentation is located under "Organizational Artifact Templates, SOPs, and Guides" on the eMASS Help page. NOTICE to Cleared Industry UPDATE (March 20, 2020)
March 20, 2020 - Due to the COVID-19 National Emergency in the United States, DCSA is suspending all Enhanced Security Vulnerability Assessments (ESVAs) and onsite activities until further notice. Facilities scheduled to receive an ESVA will instead be contacted virtually by their Industrial Security Representative (ISR) who will conduct a Continuous Monitoring Engagement. March 18, 2020 - On March 16, 2020, the Department of Defense announced William (Bill) K. Lietzau as the new Director of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).

Industry e-QIP reset request update
March 18, 2020 - Reminder, when submitting e-QIP reset requests to the DCSA email box, please include the following information to ensure timely processing of your request: Individual's Name (First, Middle and Last Name), Facility CAGE Code or Date of Birth, and the DoD EDI PN Number (located under the SSN) in JPAS.
