QUANTICO, Va. -- Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s (DCSA) continues to work Help Desk backlog as a result of the challenges in implementing the multi-factor authentication solution for the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) deployed on May 14.
Although numbers are improving, there is still much work to be done. The Agency is currently focused on driving down wait times and working through the email backlog. This is being accomplished through a surge in resources, increased messaging to customers to understand and resolve issues, and improved self-help articles.
