Acquisition and Contracting (AQ)

AQ partners across organizational lines to deliver innovative acquisition and contracting solutions that enable DCSA mission success.  AQ does this by providing innovative solutions including contracts, micro-purchases, and other transactions for services and supplies. AQ also provides subject matter expertise and liaison services for DCSA Cardholders and Billing Officials operating under the Army Government-wide Purchase Card (GPC) program. AQ seeks to meet its customers' needs by ensuring supplies and services are provided when needed and at the best value, in compliance with laws and regulations.

Industry Engagement Mailbox:

AQ encourages engagement with Industry early and often during and after the acquisition process.  To facilitate this engagement, AQ has developed an Industry mailbox to assist in addressing matters that include:

  • Questions regarding DCSA requirements forecasting
  • Questions regarding DCSA procurement policy and procedures

For matters regarding existing contracts or active solicitations, please refer to the designated Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer cited within the contract or solicitation.  If you do not know who the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer is for a specific contract or solicitation, please submit your request to the Industry Engagement Mailbox.

For matters regarding the DCSA OMBUDSMAN, please refer to the OMBUDSMAN point of contact identified within the contract.
