General Platform Access and NCCS Role Registration

Role registration for NCCS 2.0 is a two-step process.

STEP 1: Users must be granted approval to access the platform in order view the NCCS register page.  Access approval is through either:

1. A submission of SAAR to the NCCS Support Team or
2. Legacy User batch processing conducted by the NCCS Support Team.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Users who have not completed step 1 will receive a “USER NOT FOUND” error message when trying to access the NCCS application link below.

STEP 2: Once platform access has been approved, users will receive an email notification to complete the NCCS role registration.

1. Initial Account Managers (Government Account Manager/Contractor Account Manager)

• If this is the initial set up for the organization, the initial Account Manager role will be approved by the DCSA NCCS Support Team. 

2. Other Account Managers or User Roles

• Once the initial Account Manager has been approved, other Account Manager roles or User roles will be processed by the agency’s Government Account Manager (GAM) or an industry’s Contractor Account Manager (CAM).

NCCS Phased Implementation Plan

DCSA is implementing NCCS onboarding in a phased approach. This gradual rollout is designed to ensure NCCS capabilities have gone through significant user acceptance testing, and DCSA can fine-tune the onboarding process for the best customer experience.
