NCCS is open for all Industry Registration.

General Platform Access and NCCS Role Registration

NCCS Role Registration is a two-step process.

STEP 1: You must first be granted access to the platform by a submitted SAAR. 

• NOTE: Users who have not completed Step 1 will receive a 'User Not Found' error message when trying to access the NCCS application link below.

STEP 2: Once users have access to the site they must register for NCCS. Organizations must establish at least one initial Contract Account Manager (CAM). This person must register with all CAGE codes associated with their organization. Registration approval, including role approvals, will be processed by either CAMs or the DCSA NCCS Support Team, for initial CAMs and emergencies.

Specific instructions are provided below:

• STEP 1: Complete the attached DD Form 2875 SAAR (Please note: Adobe Reader may be required to open SAAR. Parts I, II, and III are required, see SOP on filling out the SAAR for more details) and submit the completed SAAR documents to dcsa.quantico.is.mbx.nccs-support@mail.mil.
• STEP 2: Once the SAAR is completed and submitted, users should be granted access to the site in 3-5 business days. Upon completion, users will be given access to the landing page that will provide links for Industry Registration training and Industry Registration. Users will have access to the NCCS site to register for a role(s) within the NCCS application, located here: https://tesseract.cloud.dcsa.mil/nccs/.
